Environment
Molto Trattoria is located right in the heart of Naples, Florida, and it’s one of those places that immediately feels special the moment you arrive. I’ve been here multiple times now, including my most recent visit with my dad and stepmom. The experience has been consistently wonderful. We almost always choose to sit outside, which is one of my favorite parts of dining here. There’s something so enjoyable about eating a leisurely Italian meal while watching people stroll by. It feels relaxed, social, and very “Naples.”
That said, the inside is just as appealing. The interior is cozy and inviting. The warm atmosphere makes it feel like the kind of restaurant you could linger in for hours. Whether you choose indoor or outdoor seating, Molto strikes a really nice balance between upscale and comfortable.
Food
As someone who eats gluten-free due to Celiac Disease, Molto Trattoria is a place I feel confident returning to. They offer gluten-free options on the menu, and I’ve had positive experiences every single time I’ve eaten here.
I always order the same thing, the gluten-free Parma pizza, and honestly, I don’t see that changing anytime soon. The pizza is topped with mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, and parmesan, and it’s one of my favorite gluten-free pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust easily ranks in my top five gluten-free pizza crusts of all time. It has a great texture and holds up well to the toppings.

If I had to note one small critique, it would be that the crust is slightly salty. However, the toppings on the Parma pizza are also salty, so it may just be the combination of flavors in this particular dish. And since I love prosciutto, it’s definitely not a dealbreaker for me.
To start, I ordered the Passion Cosmo. While it wasn’t my favorite cocktail I’ve ever had, Molto does offer a wide variety of cocktails as well as an extensive wine list, so there are plenty of options depending on your preferences.
One of my favorite ways to end the meal is with a cappuccino. Molto has an espresso machine, and ordering a cappuccino always makes me feel like I’m back in Italy. It’s a simple but meaningful detail that adds to the overall experience.
